Description
Measuring at a compact 1" in length, this forend spike is compact yet still makes a bold statement. It comes complete with a set screw, making installation quick and easy. Please note that the magcap is not included with this product. To attach the spike, you will need to remove the sling point on the forend knob.
The Black Aces Tactical Forend Spike is compatible with a range of Mossberg shotguns, including the 500, 590, Maverick 88, and Shockwave models. It is also suitable for 12, 20, and .410 gauge shotguns. In fact, it may even fit other shotgun magcaps, as long as they have a threaded hole designed for a 10/32 set screw.

Honest Review
Pros: The spike looks great on the gun and C&D had very fast shipping. Cons: The spike is very lightweight which makes it feel cheap. Also the attachment screw is open on both ends so mine arrived buried in the spike. It was difficult to torque down the spike onto the mag tube cap and I lost it on the very first outing after about 50 rounds. C&D did great. Black Aces - not so much. MAKE SURE to use Loc-tite when installing.

Great addition to my 590 Shockwave
The Black Aces tactical forend spike is exactly what is advertised. Shipping was quick, priced well, solid quality piece. Unlike some of the longer forend spikes that look more like a bayonette, this one doesn’t drastically change the length of your gun, or make it look ridiculous. The point is very sharp, IF you ever need it, it’ll get the job done for sure.
