We are a small family business - no customer service department, shipping/receiving departments, or tech support teams. We are just a couple people that take our business very seriously. We are not the biggest game in town but check out our prices and you will see we can play with the big boys. Any product that has a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) is set at that minimum.

 

Now you might ask yourself why should you deal with a small family business that clearly doesn't have the same resources as the big stores. That is a great question to ask before you spend money with someone, but we have some great answers.

• We ship orders 6 days a week - yup even on Saturdays
• We talk to you 7 days a week. Now we don't answer the phone everyday but we will respond to a text message or email every day of the week
• Our customers are treated like family, you're not just a number. We will treat you like we would want our grandmothers treated. We have customers that text, call, and email us just to say hi. How many 'big stores' can say that?
• 30 day simple, easy, and hassle free returns - no we do not charge a restock fee (of course there can be some exceptions)
• Need help utilizing a manufacturer's warranty, we will help you. 30 days, 90 days, even a year later - we will still help you. If we deal with the manufacturer directly then we will put you in touch with the right people
