Claims Process

In the event that an item is lost or damaged we will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier and/or our 3rd party insurer before the item can be replaced or refunded. Below you will find an outline of the process for a lost package. The process for damaged packages is the same but the claim can be filed upon receipt of the package.
 
  • Our insurer allows 30 days from shipment date before a claim for a lost package can be started. Normally this is 20 days however due to COVID-19 an additional 10 days is being allowed for the carrier.
  • We will file the claim and provide the insurer information on your order.
  • Our insurer will provide us (and we will then provide you) a URL that you must go to and indicate that the package was not received.
  • Once you have answered those few questions our insurer will review the case.
  • Once a favorable resolution is made we will replace or refund your purchase. 
Our claim will not be resolved without you completing the short online form (this applies to both lost packages and damaged items) and no refund or replacement can be sent without it.
