Return Policy

Returns made simple, easy, and hassle free!

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly take it back. We understand that you will not always be happy with the product you purchased. Maybe it doesn't fit right, or the color is a little different. Maybe you ordered the wrong part, or you just don't want the item any more. That is fine, we get it, and that is why we offer a hassle free 30 day return policy. If for any reason you want to return or exchange your order you need to initiate the return/exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Once your return is approved you will have 30 days to get the item back to us.

 
Steps to initiate your return/exchange:
Once your return/exchange has been approved you will be notified via email with more information on completing this process.
 
Return & Exchange Policy
All items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, additional components. All returns must be authorized by C&D Arms Supply LLC. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for ANY returns.

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of purchase date.
  • We must receive the item within 30 days of the approval of your return. Any returns after 30 days of approval are considered late.

Note:
C&D Arms Supply LLC requires the return of all promotional items and/or gifts included with your purchase, including free gift certificates with purchase. For example, if a binocular arrives with a free flashlight included, both items must be returned before processing an exchange or refund. In addition, C&D Arms Supply LLC is currently unable to accept partial returns on kits or on any bundled goods.

Return Shipping Charges
Unless there was an error on our part we do not pay for return shipping. It is the customers responsibility to get the item back to us. It is suggested that the item be sent back with tracking and insurance to ensure we receive the item in good condition. If there was an error on our part we will provide a pre-paid return label that will be emailed to you (photos may be requested). You will need to print the label and attach it to the return package.
 
Vendor/Manufacturer Shipped Products
Some of our products are sent to our customers direct from our vendors or manufactures. Regardless if we ship direct, or our vendors ship to you, C&D Arms Supply LLC handles all aspects of the return process. You will never have to deal with our vendors.
 
Processing Time For Returns
C&D Arms Supply LLC will process your return within 5 business days of receipt. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies.
 
Restocking Fees/Charges
We do not charge restocking fees for most items Restocking fees do not apply for items that are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and accessories, provided all return conditions are met and return instructions are followed. Unfortunately, there are certain items that C&D Arms Supply LLC is unable to exchange or refund. For more information, please review the Return Policy Exceptions.

C&D Arms Supply LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% on returns of opened, used or damaged products and for those returns not following our return & exchange instructions. Please note that C&D Arms Supply LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-sellable condition. Additionally, C&D Arms Supply LLC reserves the right to charge additional fees if an item is not returned in its original packaging or is missing parts. If an item is returned assembled that requires us to disassemble it, a minimum fee of 10% will be applied. If an item is returned in a condition that is not like new, unused, or with all packing and manuals any refund that is approved will be in the form of store credit.

Late Returns
Late returns will be returned to the customer. At our discretion we may accept the late return with a restocking fee of 35%. A return is considered late if you have not initiated the return within 30 days of your purchase date, or if an accepted return was not received within 30 days of when your return was approved. Any refund on late returns that are accepted will be in the form of store credit only.

Refunds
Once an item's authorized return is accepted and processed we will issue the appropriate credit to your original payment method. Once the credit is issued you will receive an email advising you of the refund. You will need to contact your credit provider for more information on the length of time it will take for that refund to be applied to your account.
 
C&D Arms Supply LLC will not issue any credit for any shipping costs paid by the customer unless an error occurred by us.
 
Items returned to us that have been opened (broken seals) and in like new condition will receive a refund in the form of store credit only. All unused, like new, and unopened products will received a refund in the form of original payment.
 
Return Policy Exceptions
Unfortunately, C&D Arms Supply LLC is unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Installed goods, e.g., a rifle scope mounted and/or assembled onto a firearm
  • Oversized items, e.g., gun safes
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Special order items including promotional and corporate merchandise
  • Hygienic products, e.g., mouth-blown game calls,, personal protective equipment, respirators, and masks
  • Hazardous items (as marked on our website)
  • Safety products, e.g., climbing gear or helmets
  • Food products, e.g., dehydrated foods, MREs, energy consumables, supplements, powders, etc.
  • Binary Triggers
  • Magazines
  • Individual stabilizing braces or kits that include braces (as of 8/1/22)

Currently, C&D Arms Supply LLC charges restocking fees on the return of:

  • Electronic products
  • Items removed from plastic blister packaging, e.g., lamps, film, batteries, memory cards, etc.
Product Repair/Replacement
C&D Arms Supply LLC is not a product repair/warranty location. If a manufacturers product is missing any parts or has defective items we cannot simply replace the part for you. Many times the manufacturer will handle the missing/defective part (contact us if you need assistance) without the need to return to us for a replacement. If you do need to return a product to us for exchange, the entire package/bundle would need to be returned. We cannot accept the return of an individual part unless that part was purchased on its on.
